Three victims died at the scene and a fourth later at the hospital. A fifth victim remains in critical condition, while eight others are stable. Officers detained Sampson at the scene following the deadly crash. He is charged with eight felony counts of fleeing resulting in death and vehicular homicide. He was denied bond and remains in jail in Hillsborough County.
