Police say 22-year-old Silas Sampson was driving recklessly when he lost control and crashed into a crowd of people gathered outside a nightclub. Three victims died at the scene and a fourth later at the hospital. A fifth victim remains in critical condition, while eight others are stable. Officers detained Sampson at the scene following the deadly crash. He is charged with eight felony counts of fleeing resulting in death and vehicular homicide. He was denied bond and remains in jail in Hillsborough County.
