Have we forgotten that he’s a drug addict? The only difference between him and the people in the streets “with open sores” is that he has access to the best healthcare in the world. One could argue that the person on the street has more character than him, since he has less worry and more access, and yet can’t kick his addiction. 🤷🏼♀️
