I definitely agree especially the last point about pain being temporary. I love Islam because of the absolute peace it gives me not just in understanding that pain and injustice is temporary and Justice will be served one day but I also love the peace in the simplicity. Human nature makes us always want more no matter what we have, you could have the biggest house with the nicest car but you’ll always feel like it’s not enough if your neighbours have a little bit more. It’s the thing that drives all the conflict in this world - gaining more no matter what even if it hurts others. We are told to fight this by lowering our gaze not just from the opposite gender but also to others accomplishments. We are told to not compare ourselves with people who have more but with people who have less so that we are always grateful. Every single action that for non Muslims seem over the top subhanAllah has so much wisdom to protect us from the pitfalls and emptiness in this world. I love this religion so much, I love Allah.
