I trickle charge my batteries this time of year.(2003 diesel). I use this a just a way to defrost my windshield so I can get to work. As far as continuous heat when your driving, i guess if you have a long ride to work. I don’t. So the trickle charger it is. I just cant justify a heater core right now.
