I’ve had eczema for like 14 years now, it comes and goes I’ve been using steroids since then. If I don’t use it I’ll have breakouts. I’ve used this twice as well 🥺 I’m not sure what else I can do.

I have a genetic disorder called ichthyosis vulgaris and eczema. The only time I get any type of relief is in the summer but then I deal with other skin issues. I might have to try this to see if it works

Keeping yourself moisturized also should help. My routine for myself and my daughter is oil, Vaseline + lotion, medicine.
