@thebigleybasics: 4 ingredient brownies!🫢 My husband said these are better than some box-mix brownies he’s had….I still can’t believe he said that — or that they’re made with just 4 ingredients! They’re gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and refined sugar-free, plus so rich and fudgy. You have to give them a try! Ingredients: 1 cup pure pumpkin puree 3/4 cup almond butter (or other preferred nut/seed butter) 1/2 cup pure maple syrup 1/2 cup cocoa powder Instructions: 1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix until smooth. You can add a teaspoon of vanilla extract or a pinch of salt (about 1/4 tsp) for extra flavor, or just keep it simple like I did! 2. Pour the batter into an 8x5-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper. For extra goodness, top with semi-sweet, dark, or unsweetened chocolate chips (highly recommend this addition). 3. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes, or until the texture is to your liking (I baked mine closer to 30 minutes for a firmer texture.) 4.
