I understand her mom being upset and wanting to find someone to blame but suing everyone and saying “if it wasn’t for him providing the alcohol she would still be alive, if it wasn’t for the store being tricked by the fake ID she would still be alive, if it wasn’t for the people hosting the party she would still be alive” seems a little like passing th blame. If she had been more strict and kept a better eye on what her daughter was doing she would also still be alive. That doesn’t mean it’s anyone’s fault but the person who ran her over. Blame him, not everyone else who were just doing their jobs, owning a business, and hosting a party for friends.
