I’m definitely going to try it because I’m still not confident with mine and I had them for about two years. I take mine out to eat because I haven’t gotten use to eating with them yet but maybe this will change that. It don’t stop me from talking though but sometimes it changes the way I talk a little. I do want to get use to eating in them so I’m going to try it

I'm getting bottom dentures in a week or two and am so nervous. I have read that it's hard to eat with them. I have had my top ones for about 10 years and have no problem. do you have to put adh on the bottom ones?
