I had eczema and unfortunately only steroid ointments cleared it up completely and haven’t had it since. Aquaphor or cerave healing ointment is amazing for cracking and scaling tho.

personally i use that and the working hands and it does wonders you just gotta apply it every day coming from someone who was a dishwasher for 2 years it saved my hands

The only thing that works for me is the yellow bottle of Vaseline lotion, it has oat in it!

idk if you've tried it but there are some eczema creams that are also anti itch. I've found that those help me best. Cortizone 10 intense healing anti itch specifically. Rub a bit in and then use normal unscented lotion on top, clears my flare ups in a few days!!
