I feel like HRT has saved me. Life was getting difficult and unbearable. Little Estrogen and progesterone and I feel like myself again. They will have to pry it out of my cold dead hands before I stop using it

I had my ovaries removed and was put instantly into a very harsh menopause. Within months I had high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I couldn’t sleep and had so much pain in my body. I finally found a doctor that would allow me to take some estrogen (I had severe endometriosis and they didn’t want it growing back). After starting the estrogen replacement, my blood pressure and cholesterol levels went back to normal and I started sleeping again. Trust me, estrogen is so much more important than I ever imagined for quality and longevity of life

I put my 1st patch on at 7pm on a Saturday, went to bed at 10pm. Literally had the best sleep in over a year. No night sweats, no tossing & turning. I didn't know it would work that fast!

I started 2 months ago at 60. Starting to sleep and noticing subtle changes. Has given me so much hope and happiness that things I thought I’d lost for good are coming back. I sought it out myself because of all the information I acquired on TicToc. Sad I wasn’t advised to start years ago. Better late than never ❤

My grandmother is 92 and had estrogen HRT and is still active and doing great. My mom is 72 and did get estrogen and she is weak, confused and cannot care for herself. I am dumbfounded at the difference. I started estrogen 6 months ago. I cannot end up like my mom
