my mom died 2011 my dad 2022 by only sibling 2016. I cry everyday still and when the holidays come I sit with their 3 urns and talk with them on Xmas have my wine with them and listen to xmas music and sob...it never gets better just tolerate it better

as much as grief consumes us, we have to remember that those we lost would not want our worlds to stop because they're not here. the firsts are always the hardest so make Christmas bigger than ever, they will always be sat beside us celebrating. those were the words I was told when I lost my mum. to make that move we have to step forward, however hard that may be.
