I work for Pendleton Woolen Mills here in Oregon and we have a jacquard loom that’s been making wool blankets for 100+ years! You can take a tour and see it in action. We also have a dobby loom at our other mill in Washington

I went to some weaving museums in Lyon and seeing the jacquard add-on and the looms in person, especially the historical looms, was craaazy cool.
