i hate that some ppl get mad at me or others for being “avoidant attachment” bc it’s literally not something you can really control it’s like running to your mom when your scared of something in other words we run to distancing ourselves from loved ones because its how we protect ourselves from the bad happening like nobody REALLY understands how it is to be avoidant attachment until they experience it.
