@thespacebetweenstudio: A little white board lesson on how your subconscious mind, belief systems and nervous system are connected This is WHY you get triggered by "little things" Or why you self "sabotage" the things you say you want Or why when you feel stressed out everything seems to stack on and get more and more stressful and you "fall off track" It's also why "mindset" work doesn't always work - because you need to work on the state of your nervous system and you need to get it into a state of regulation BEFORE you dig into the depths #thespacebetweenstudio #nervoussystemregulation #subconsciousmind #mindsetwork

As soon as I see a coloured whiteboard, I just know I am about to have my life changed. Thank you for proving my belief right and explaining the reasons why I believe my belief 😆

Most people over 40 think the best strategy for them is whatever the 25 year olds are trading. Scalping every small move, dozens of trades a week, a screen open all day. That's backwards. The best strategy for someone over 40 in 2026 is a slower one, and it's better in every way that actually matters. I trade the weekly, the daily, and the 1 hour, in that order. I wait for the weekly to balance out, which is institutions reloading. I confirm the same reload on the daily. Only then do I drop to the 1 hour to find my entry using structure. This gives me 2 to 3 trades a month. Not more. But because I'm only taking the highest quality alignment across three timeframes, the win rate is high and the risk to reward on each trade is high too. Fewer trades, bigger edge per trade, is a completely different game than the volume-based approach most content is selling. For someone over 40, this fits the life you actually have. You've got a job, a family, responsibilities a 25 year old doesn't. You don't have eight hours to sit at a screen, and you don't need to. You can see a setup building on the weekly and daily weeks before it actually confirms, so it's only a few minutes here and there over those weeks to follow it through, not hours a day. The patience this requires is something most 40 year olds already have from decades of building everything else in their life. A 25 year old still scalping the small moves doesn't have that yet. That's the advantage nobody talks about. Comment FIX and let's build yours. #tradepsychology #tradingcoach #mentaltrading #tradermindset #tradingpsychology
