Not for nothing, but he’s coming on your property and taking your personal information which is the VIN number of that car. He got no business coming on your property and taking your personal information without you committing any crime and yes, it is private property.

Neighbor must have a connection with the polive department so they came to try and intimidate the boys. They have no legal ground to stand on. If it was an HOA issue that's civil. Cops have nothing to do with it.
