How long does the executor have to distribute the estate? My aunt died June 2022, I am one of the beneficiaries and other than signing the papers for probate Dec 2022, it’s been dead air from him? Emails go unaddressed for years.

What if the trustee lets the money run out while the stepsister is taking care of her mom. Plenty of money but told her to use a card and the card was declined while purchasing groceries. What to do to keep this from happening again????

So what happens if the executor is Also a beneficiary. And there's only one other beneficiary (sister) Who is also in the will as 1/2 of estate. Sister has copy of will. Executor is other sibling. Sister hasn't heard from executor (brother) since Dad's funeral.....19 months ago. Learned from public records, half of land has been sold. By brother.
