I’ve been on both sides, working at a church 😳 but I do tithe because the Bible says so but only to a church I know is making a big difference! Enon in Philadelphia. I attend online and in person when in town. But maybe we need to make a list of good places to give…and not to give!

I definitely relate to the anger and the outrage. The church I attend makes their accounting viewable to its members, and has meal ministry to address issues of food insecurity. They give away a lot all the time. No place is perfect, but there are some churches out there truly striving to do what they are called to. But it’s quite an ordeal finding them among the chaos of scammmer churches.
