1 foot: Focuses on speed and is used on fast breaks or open drives, hard to block tbh. Cons: COOKED bbq’d knees because your knees take much impact BUT isometrics exist. 2 foot jumping: Used for traffic dunks, less damaging for the knees in the long run, CONS: easier to block, requires more power to get up But I would recommend 2 foot over 1 HOWEVER young people 17 and down have better 1 foot dunking mechanisms cuz your body isn’t developed
