my Merc is virtually dry after suction ,took the sump off after a few years just to satisfy my curiosity,I thought it would be dirty but it wasn't ,suction works fine on some cars .

What a load, that BMW was not designed for this, I've done exactly the same test on my mercedes and it was bone dry, because it was designed for it.....
