He was definitely talking to someone , because from pass 1 to 2 he took 4 minutes away from the camera , then pass 2 to 3 he took 16 minute , he either waiting away or talking to someone in the phone

Your 'passes' aren't matching.. how can a) Pass 1 & 3 have the exact same time stamp.. that would mean it's the same pass and then b. How can pass 2 happen AFTER pass 3 in time but be pass 2.. ok stop

Door dash could not have seen BK by the house. According to your timeline, BK left at 3:58:27. Door dash arrived 3:59/4:00. BK entered again 4:04. Only time door dash could have seen BK was the cars passing each other, but not on the estate/neighbourhood
