if you like our orange & poppyseed cake…i highly recommend a breakfast version hehe <3 you’ll need: - 150g full fat cottage cheese - zest of 1/2 a large orange - 1 egg - 1tbsp poppyseeds - 2tbsp honey / maple syrup - 3-4 heaped tbsp plain flour - 1 heaped tsp baking powder - 2tbsp olive oil for frying (to serve): - greek yogurt - fresh orange slice - extra honey (optional) method: 1. (using either a fork or whisk) begin by combining the cottage cheese, orange zest, poppyseeds, egg, honey, flour and baking powder in a medium sized bowl until throughly combined. 2. heat the oil in a frying pan on a low to medium heat. 3. dollop about 2tbsp of pancake batter per pancake onto the pan into rounds. 4. fry for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown on one side. 5. carefully flip over and cook for another few minutes until golden. 6. remove from the heat and serve in a stack whilst warm. 7. dollop a generous spoonful of greek yogurt on top and a slice of orange… 8. oh and drizzle with extra honey or maple syrup if you like! enjoy xxx🍊🥞 #pancake #cottagecheese #breakfast #yogurt #breakfastideas
