Yes she needs to be punished to the maximum. She knew he was dangerous and even disregarded the previous court order then tried to run. Plus she can’t even control her own dog she couldn’t even get the dog off the child. On top of the jail time she should not be allowed to own animals. No animals not just dogs.

3 years?!? that was almost negligent homicide if the dog killed the kid... she knew the risks and the order and did against it. She needs minimum 7 years

I'm glad my dog is not like that when he sees a kid or another dog he lays down and let's them pet him and he is 115lb American bully pit bull mix and is nothing but a baby
