It’s a detour. 🍓 Priority and Timing Is it urgent right now? Or can it wait until you have the space and energy to give it your best? Timing matters as much as direction. Saying no for now doesn’t mean saying no forever. 🍓 Cost and Effect What will it take from you? Time, peace, energy, or focus? And what will it give back? Will it help you build momentum or just add another plate to spin? These are the questions we use when it comes to decision making in our agency. Especially since there are 3 decision makers in our team. And there are times when our choices and opinions differ.
