this is what is known as "extortion". the city charges $400 for a guy to come out and do $100 worth of work, and pocket the rest. when they try to get outside help, the cops come in amd get their piece of the pie. extortion at its finest. and yall think each other is the problem

this can easily avoid if whenever people or cops said it like that, just smile, make a phone call, “here, my lawyer want to talk to you.” and afterwards he’ll peacefully resuming his battle will the overgrown grass. no need all this drama.
