@kellytowart: Easy Rice Crispy Drum Sticks were a favorite last year so I'm sharing the recipe again! Here’s how to make them: 6 Pretzel rods 24 mini marshmallows 10 oz white melting wafers 1/2 cup salted butter 3 tbs cocoa 10 oz mini marshmallows 8 cups rice crispies Break the Pretzel rods in half. Cut 1/4 of the mini marshmallow off and stick to each side of the pretzel rod. Melt the white melting wafter and dip each stick slowly into the melting wafer. (Tip: Use vegetable shortening to thin the dip if needed. If it’s too thick it will push the marshmallows off as your dipping the pretzel in). Set aside to cool on parchment paper. In a pot, melt 1/2 cup butter. Add in marshmallows and cocoa powder. Mix on med-low heat until smooth. Turn off heat and add in rice crispies. Fold into mixture until fully coated. Take about 3/4 cup of rice crispies and mold on the pretzel rod to form the shape of a turkey leg and your done! #thanksgiving #thanksgivingdesserts #kidfriendlyfood #kidfriendlyrecipes
