This is how I see it. Lucifer is there, present with Charlie, while Lilith is avoiding her calls and not present… should be a clear cut to Charlie but because of her tunnel vision she is blaming everyone but herself.

I WANT TO TALK ABOUT THIS! I had a very strong feeling Charlie was acting like her mom in this scene. So Lilith and Lucifer had to have had a fight. Lilith wanted to unite hell together, but Lucifer said it was fine for extermination to happen, which obviously made Lilith angry.
