I think some of the women in the comment thread are missing the point. Real women want a good man - the protector, the provider, the defender. A good man owns his masculinity and allows his woman to be full in femininity - complimenting one another in their roles.

good man is just Authentic. He is what he believes in and don't try to be someone else. He don't care about others opinion BUT if he feels like it, he will help. Here is another difference between nice and good guy. Nice guy helps because he wants something in return. Good guy don't want anything. He just help because he believes he should and could. And then he walks away.
