I have been in situations where I got so overwhelmed with everything going on that I collapsed in what could only be described as a catatonic state. I was aware of everything but I couldn't speak and I felt too weak to move. After seeing tons of specialists for years trying to figure out why this happens to me, I finally realized that I may be having a severe form of a autistic shutdown.

this is why I'm fighting for a diagnosis I have these all the time I feel like I'm having an anxiety attack because I can't breathe my stomach hurt I'm shaking completely lost for words but know everything in my head but can't work it out to speak it

I don’t use this app a lot, don’t know what I am doing but can you give me something / point me to something I can watch and educate myself more if this is how my loved one becomes? I do not suffer with this personally but I would like to be supportive of them with this. It sounds overwhelming to just hear all of these things and they can always different?…it’s a lot. Any help would be appreciated.
