Another contributing factor is the huge amount of casual misandry in left leaning parts of the internet. Instead of trying to teach these poor boys better we’re just alienating them even more and reinforcing their bigoted beliefs.

I heard on a podcast, I can’t remember which one, possibly Ezra Klein, that 75% of podcasts are conservative/right wing/not Liberal or even centrist. Even something “innocent “like a sports podcast is more often than not right wing. It’s hard to fight.
