On the expensive side, but after trying 5+ different headlamps the Petzl nao RL is 100% worth it and will last for years!

Can't say I've ever used it for running, but my construction hard hat has a milwaukee head lamp powered by a USB-C rechargeable battery. It's great. Great distance, great spread, good battery life and rechargeability, home depot has them for 55 bucks i think.

Petzl I just used mine on an overnight run on middle setting it last me 8 hours and the rechargeable battery pack is easy to carry a spare

I literally got a headband made for a mechanic for $6 on Amazon. 240° spread on the light, full charge lasts for four hours.

Anything fenix, personally I love the HM55R, crazy bright, flood, spot, red, charge last forever can buy separate batteries too

Did you ever find one that you liked? I use the 400 Spot Battery because I prefer batteries for hiking/backpacking. I can get about 5-8 hours out of a set, but it feels wasteful for runs and i’d like to get something chargeable.

Noxgear tracer vest with 2* headlamps ! Why? Because it both comes with a chest attachment ! You can use one had a headlamp and one as a chest lamp! Also guardian angel elite series is good for quality and multifunctional purposes! I like the grippy claw attachment ! For running like you are , green/yellow is my fav !
