apparently if you put a bowl of water near by when cutting onions it helps, as the onion vapours are attracted to the nearest water source

THANK YOU for showing the "mistake" yesterday I was baking a cake and when I opened the oven to rotate the cake to get the crispy side on both sides it just started to leak from one corner 😅

Hi Louise. Nancy Birtwhistle dries the onion skins, blitz them and makes onion powder. juat an idea for less waste.
