I’m number permanently. When I’m trying to do ab workouts I cannot feel if they are engaged but I definitely feel it if I ever over do it. It’s been almost 10 years since mine.

did they not recommend regular lymphatic drainage massage it's great for faster recovery. It's recommended 2-3 times a week for a few weeks after.
