I started with bands similar to these and still could barely do 10 pull-ups on the easiest setting. Gradually built up over time and this morning I did 12 freaking UNASSISTED pullups. Never been so proud of myself....

tricky to use. have to be VERY careful lowering yourself down before removing your feet. Also. Always wear protective goggles when using any of these bands.
