Well going outside and putting your feet in the earth is great where you live, but if you're in-2 degrees and a snow storm Ontario Canada, that's not so doable. I try visualization when the migraines come with these solar flags, but sometimes, like when I have to go to work, I just have to take my meds to ease me through the day.

Yes! however I started the feelings days ago, maybe since Im not intune all the time. the frequencies have been screwing with me and the hormones I have in chaos with perimenopause- my ears have been vibrating like a tuning fork inside my head, but in a circular motion very weird and wonky
