He’s absolutely guilty of attempted murder. However, we all know how this is going to play out. He’s going to get a paid vacation, and then he will be allowed to resign, rather than be fired. And he will then later turn up working for another department, somewhere else in the country. Cops always protect their own and they know zero accountability.
