Lift struts are always better than spacers… also think you have the lower control arm bolts backwards. The adjustment bolts for Caster/ Camber should be on the arms not the drop bracket.

hello Matt.. I have a problem with my 2001 Chevy Blazer.. miss fire on cylinder 5.. I changed out the distributor cap spark plugs and it has spark on cylinder 5
