Hey! I did 4 IPLs and my dry eye improved drastically. I would say my symptoms were not bad though to start with. My dry eye doc is amazing, he recommended I come back quarter ly for my first maintenance. Wondering if you ever recommended that or is it generally biannual ? I figured maybe I would do the quarterly and as long as I remain okay for a year then do biannual

Can anxiety and depression cause dry eye? I’ve had a sudden onset of dry eyes, never had any issues before but I’ve been under a lot of stress and anxiety for over a year and the dry eyes started 3 months ago

Can IPL cause burning to worsen? It’s hard to know if the burning is from inflammation or nerves. But will it make it worse for a period? That’s my biggest fear
