when I was first diagnosed with epilepsy.... I would get in trouble because I didn't have emotional regulation.... at this time I was in a girl's home... the girls would laugh every time I had a seizure.... the staff would just watch me lie there while I had my seizures.... when I'd disassociate id faint.... when I got out of my seizures people would ask me a bunch of questions acting like I could understand what they were saying even though I couldn't..... Every time I ask my mom what would you do if I had a seizure she would say don't worry about it.....
