Followed pretty close but used purple cabbage, added jalapeño slices and regular mayo (what I had on hand.) The flavor was great! Hubby said it was a 10 star soup (we hold ‘soup wars’ in the winter competing on whl makes the best soup. He said it was a ls good as ramen he had in Chinatown last month in San Francisco. Thanks for sharing!
