I am currently booked with a sm agent but I’m still not sure if she’s even still an employee (reaching out). I want to separate from smart moms but I have a group of 8 with four room reservations. Do we all have to call Disney to get our reservations back to us??

Individual agents ARE NOT ‘authorized’ by Disney… agents can be hosted or work for agencies that are ‘authorized’… but individual agents are not ‘authorized’ by Disney.
