Been there. Had a medial meniscus tear in my right knee. It was a clean tear so they stitched it back together. Rehab was tough but good. Wanna learn more, let me know.

Been there done that!! First surgery was in December to repair my meniscus and the next 4 months I was in so much pain I regretted getting the surgery then in June of the next year they went back in to remove the torn meniscus because it didn’t heal, then I tore it again In two places and the doctor took 80% of my meniscus out so now I walk with a limp because it’s still isn’t right next step is a knee replacement

20/11/25 operation as video, full leg brace on 6-8 weeks and on crutches, early January first weight bearing steps on that leg, still with brace on.. physio starts soon
