Light skin black ≠ biracial. They are 2 separate categories. For us light skin is someone who has 2 racially black parents but is light skin (think Beyoncé or Lori Harvey). Biracial/mixed is someone with 1 black parent (think Alicia keys, Zendaya). They may look the same but we regard them different in the black community
