I am not trying to be a "karen", but I do just wanna share when I learned about a year ago, the hard way is that.Having a dog play with shadows or laser pointers can cause ocd.And I share that because you mentioned that now he keeps playing with shadows.It can also cause anxiety.So I would just find some other options to distract and stimulate the mind... adorable dog...
