Whoa whoa whoa wait a min, so I wear a NC35 in foundation & C40 in powder! I juts bought this in nc35 why is it so waxy how do you prep your skin?, it was blotchy on me I’m 45 by the way! I want to give it another try almost seems dry when trying g to use with brush with fingers idk is it defective
