1 cup @LesserEvil Snacks blazing hot cheddar cheezmos from Target (crushed)
1 egg (whisked)
1/3 cup flour
ranch dressing (for dipping) Instructions:
Crush cheezmos in a bag or blender until fine. Set up a dredging station with flour, whisked egg, and cheezmo crumbs. Roll each mini cheese round in flour, then egg, then coat in cheezmo crumbs, pressing to stick. Freeze 10–15 min to help the coating hold. Air fry at 370°F for 5–6 min, flipping halfway, until golden and slightly melty inside.
