Forget the recommendations and go see a dermatologist — adult-onset acne is different, and some products might actually make it worse. Spironolactone, combined with an acid and proper hydration, has been working wonders for me, but it’s important to see a doctor because of the potential side effects.🥹🥰

Definitely less is more! To take makeup off I just use Micellar water from target, and face wash after; try to keep it simple most days and do face wash and moisturizer ONLY. pls pls pls only exfoliate or do your added steps only once or twice a week !! 🤍🤍

honestly accutane truly changed my life. people talk about it being super scary, but i really don't think it was that bad. ofc drs know best but just want anyone reading this whose been hesitant to know it is 100% worth it

Panoxyl was soooo drying for me but after accutane I started using the Youth to the people or something face wash wow. & la rosche moisterizer. Less is more
