BE CAREFUL WITH KAYO QUADS I regret buying my KAYO 150cc quad. Brand new in 2023, barely used, and when it had issues I sent it to the authorized dealer in Dubai (Velocity Motors LLC) in May 2025. Today, 6 months later. it’s STILL not fixed. They keep saying “no spare parts from China” every month. The owner never answers calls, ignores WhatsApp, and the service manager keeps giving empty promises like “next week.” Nothing happens. This quad was for my child and the season is now completely wasted because of their terrible after-sales service. I have all proof: dates, messages, visits, everything. Honestly, I will never recommend KAYO to anyone. The customer service and spare parts situation are a disaster.
