It’s an exercise for when you feel anger, rage, or have a lot of anxiety building up. Our bodies want to respond to the stress and anxiety. We want to activate some type of physical response. Pushing against a wall allows our bodies the energy release it needs. It focuses our efforts on channeling the anxiety through our arms as we try to push the wall. This strain provides our bodies the outlet it needs for our built up anxiety. After pushing on the wall several times you will feel a release, which will help your body move to a place of rest. P.S.
