@askyourothermom: In August, I did an interview with the American Cancer Society and my amazing surgeon, Dr. Velotta. I then was invited to attend the San Francisco Gala put on by ACS. This experience was so incredibly inspiring for not only me, but everyone that was in attendance. Being able to share my story in a room full of strangers who were solely there to donate not only their own hard earned money, but their precious time, was absolutely life changing.
