Why is our black government not having police visibility, city patrols and guards? We only have 12 working hours and the other 12 hours belongs to vandalism... What kind of a country are we? That thing is easy to solve In my town they put bricks for paving and people stole them. Municipality with community members went house to house and when they found bricks, you produce receipts for them. If you don't have they take, they never stole from that time because they snitched on each other 😔😭😭😂🤣😂🤣

In any developed country as ours you just can't afford to have almost all of the police and law enforcements sleeping and only few manning the offices at night. It seems like our government has dismally failed the basics of governing... Failed to maintain the roads, parks, walkways, buildings, cleaning kanti yini abayaziyo? 😭😭😭😭😭
